Marnie Seif is an accomplished lawyer and technology business executive who served as Chief People Officer and Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI), a Fortune 500 technology company.

 

Prior to working at ADI, Marnie was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of RSA Security, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSAS), a leading encryption and authentication provider.

Marnie also worked at a number of venture backed tech start ups, and as an associate at law firms in Chicago and Boston.

 

Marnie is engaged in mentoring the next generation of eaders as an academic advisor to degree candidates in at Brown University, and she is a facilitator in a group mentoring program for women business leaders in the Boston area.

 

Marnie has received several awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award (Women, Power and Influence in the Law), Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology (National Diversity Council), and a Leader in the Law (Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly).

 

Marnie received her AB degree from Brown University, and her JD degree from the University of Michigan Law School. In 2025, she was part of the inaugural cohort of the Yale School of Management Experienced Leaders Initiative.
